Ticketing:

All general admission tickets are to be purchased directly through the Leicestershire CCC Website. - https://www.eticketing.co.uk/leicestershireccc/

Tickets will be available from both entry gates on the day.

Payment will be by card only; however, we encourage everyone to buy in advance from the link above.

Parking:

Parking will be available at our main car park at Kibworth Town Football Club, Birds Barn, Fleckney Rd, Kibworth, Leicester LE8 0HJ.

It is a 5 to 10-minute walk from the car park and volunteers will direct you through to KCC.

Parking will cost £5 per vehicle and can be paid on the day via card.

Limited disabled parking will be available on-site at the main ground and will need to be pre-booked. - Please email events@kibworthcc.co.uk to book disabled parking.

There is also free parking at Kibworth Mead Academy, a 15-minute walk to the ground through the village.

The streets around the ground are residents' parking only. Please respect our neighbours who are supportive of the event.

It is highly recommended that if you are coming into Kibworth along the main A6 from Leicester or Market Harborough, you should drive to the ground via Wistow Road and Warwick Road as the main road through the centre of the village, is a Victorian street with limited space to pass other cars.

We encourage the use of public transport with the Arriva X3 and Stagecoach X7 bus services connecting Leicester and Market Harborough to Kibworth which stop a 10 minute walk away from the ground.

Entry Points:

There are two entry points; The main gate on Folley Road and a second entrance point for anyone parking in the main Birds Barn car park, this will be along the field entrance to the ground and volunteers will direct you through to the gate.

On entry, all large bags and picnic hampers will be searched by LCCC stewards. Alcohol is strictly prohibited from entry.

For all matches the following items are prohibited: fireworks, weapons, firearms, and any other items considered dangerous. Glass bottles and cans, Alcohol, illegal drugs, Air horns/blow horns.

Timings:

• Car Parking at Birds Barn & Disabled parking at Kibworth CC will be open from 9:30 am.
• Gates open at 10 am.
• Play is scheduled to begin at 11 am.

Food and Drink:

A bar serving hot and cold drinks, plus food outlets also selling drinks will be available on the ground.

Cashless:

As with the Upton Steel County Ground, we are operating a cashless system at Kibworth for all bars, catering & tickets.

Seating:

There is extremely limited seating provided around the ground. Any seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are encouraging supporters are welcome to bring their own seating to the ground.

If required, seating that is labelled with the owners' details can be dropped off on the ground on Monday 14th. We intend to be as flexible and supportive to ensure people can bring seating.

Weather:

It is the UK, it is August, please dress in the appropriate attire for any weather which may arrive. There will not be many undercover areas for shelter, if you wish to bring a Gazebo, feel free.

Dogs:

Dogs are welcome at the fixture but must be always on a lead and any fouling must be cleaned immediately.
